The classic ‘Alex&er’ chain necklace presents itself in it’s simplest of forms. The fine chain is bridged with our signature motif, the Alex&er ampersand (&). Slender Mary-Jane can complete any casual outfit and is quintessential for every-day use. The links are minimalistic however show themselves as strong and beautiful when in unison.

  •  About our necklace extenders - sizing may be the most difficult thing when it comes to selecting the right piece of jewellery, which is why we have innovated our necklaces and introduced ‘necklace extenders’. This development offers you, the customer, to play around with length options and flaunt pieces that remain valuable and meaningful even when they are adapted by the customer. We are now selling a standard length 18-inch chain, with an option to buy a 2-inch or 4-inch extender. This gives you, the wearer, the option to change your necklace length at any time and  to take away the pressure of ordering the ‘right size’. Extenders are sold at a slightly cheaper rate if purchased with an Alex&er chain, however they can be bought separately. 

     

    N.B. Other extender lengths can be made on request. We can also make any chain length if you decide you want a certain chain length without any extenders. 

  • -Remove your jewellery before engaging in practical activities. This will ensure that your jewellery does not get accidentally damaged. Gold and Silver are soft metals and will bend much easier than other metals. We highly recommend you remove your jewellery every time you wash or sanitise your hands, exercise and shower.  

    Chlorine water and beauty products for skin and hair can react with precious stones and metals, causing your jewellery to tarnish, discolour and even possibly corrode. Please put your jewellery on last, after applying cosmetics, scents and sprays. 

     

    - When storing your jewellery, we recommend doing so in airtight boxes or bags. Exposure to the environment can cause your silver jewellery to tarnish over time. Storing it sensibly will keep it looking newer for longer.

     

    - Do not store your jewellery in damp or humid conditions as this causes tarnishing.
