Here at Alex&er we pride ourselves primarily on our design process

and the quality pieces we create. With this, we don’t actively advertise

customisation on every product like most big jewellery brands…. but why?

 

Firstly, because we don’t want to churn out ‘personalisation’, as it then

becomes less personalised, defeating the whole purpose. 

 

Secondly, we want our customers to feel valued by asking them to fill out a request form. This allows the customer to make individualised requests rather than being confined to a list of optional lettering. 

 

Finally, expression and freedom in design. We aren’t the only creative people involved in making the jewellery, some of the best custom made pieces have come from the unique imaginations of our customers themselves, which is why we like to hear it from you first.
